This Governing Law section covers which country’s law applies to the Customer’s use of the Company’s website and services, and which courts hear any dispute that follows.
These Terms, and any related agreement between the Company and the Customer, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, applied without regard to conflict-of-law principles that might point elsewhere. By using the website, the Customer accepts the following.
Accepting Malaysian Jurisdiction
Any dispute, controversy or claim tied to the website, a transaction on it, or the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Giving Up a Venue Objection
The Customer waives any objection to that venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum, or on any similar basis.
Meeting Local Requirements Elsewhere
The Company makes no claim that its materials, products or services suit every location. A Customer accessing the site from outside Malaysia carries responsibility for meeting the applicable local laws of their own jurisdiction.
